In July 2016 Red Badge Group undertook an audit of the training the business currently delivers. From this our Performance and Development Manager has worked with Skills to build a structured pathway for our people.
Red Badge Group can boast that our internal training will ensure all our staff are able to successfully attain the National Certificate in Security.
