About the role:  

  • Providing customer service to event attendees  
  • Ensuring the safety and security of all individuals at events  
  • Conducting security screenings including bag checks, scans, and ticket & accreditation compliance  
  • Assisting control of crowds and vehicles  
  • Escalating and responding appropriately to any incidents that may occur  

 
To be successful, you must have:  

  • An existing Blue (temporary) or Green (full) COA license are preferred, otherwise we require you to have other relevant experience  
  • Previous security, hospitality, leadership, customer service or similar experience is required  
  • Clean criminal conviction check  
  • Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods of time 
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a regular basis 
  • Existing eligibility to work in New Zealand and be over 18 years of age
