For this role, no security experience is needed as we are looking for an exceptional people person with outstanding administrative abilities who will lead the development and coordination of staff across the Auckland region & our Red Security Team. Bring your drive, enthusiasm and commitment to our positive workplace that will inspire our employees, our customers and our team

Role Responsibility:  

In addition to the co-ordination of our people, the responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling staff rosters, both for future requirements & at short notice, to meet client requirements
  • Use of specialist workforce & rostering software
  • Be the first point of contact with our front-line staff – including communications around unforeseen absences & general work-related queries
  • Creating an exceptional experience and culture for our employees, including maintaining an outstanding relationship with all
  • Maintenance of site-specific equipment & technology
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to at a high standard
  • Drive a partnership between our Auckland Management Team, our frontline staff and everyone in between

The Ideal Candidate: Essential

  • Well-developed computer and administrative knowledge/skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous track record in coordinating staff
  • Adept technical mind – capable of troubleshooting and fixing technical issues
  • A high standard of written and oral communication
  • Highly motivated, professional and have a strong work ethic
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and efficient decision-making skills
  • Proven teamwork and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to commit to working at least one weekend day
