We are committed to acknowledging, educating, and enforcing measures in all possible scenarios to lessen the negative impact our business may have on the environment.
SCOPE
This policy applies to all employees of Red Badge Group (full-time, part-time, fixed-term, or casual) and all persons performing work at the direction of or on behalf of Red Badge Group, including contractors and subcontractors. All employees will be made aware of the diverse and inclusive culture that we promote.

APPLICATION
Community:
- Red Badge will continue to support our main charity, Level Playing Field, with a minimum of $15,000 per annum until 2026.
- 100% of all funds raised through Red Badge charitable events will be donated to charity.
- Every Red Badge Region will engage at least quarterly with local community charities to support fundraising efforts.
People:
- 85% of respondents recommend Red Badge as a great place to work.
- Achieve a 40/40/20 workforce gender balance by 2027.
- 85% of all permanent Red Badge employees will be on Living Wage or above by 2030.
Environment:
- Year-on-year reduction in waste to landfill across all our regions, through until 2030.
- Implement energy-efficient technologies and practices across all operations. Monitor energy consumption to reach set reduction targets.
- Sustainable procurement through sourcing materials and products from suppliers committed to sustainable practices. Annual commitment to evaluate the environmental impact of products and supplier certification.
Purpose:
- Customer NPS average score above 8 with a response rate over 75%.
- 100% of all procurement is aligned with sustainable procurement guidelines by 2030.
