Under the Employment Relations Act and vulnerable worker protections, if your employer loses a security contract, you have the right to transfer to the new provider — in this case, Red Badge Group — with all your current terms and conditions protected.

We want you to know this transition is about continuity, not disruption.

What stays the same:

  • Your hourly rate

  • Your agreed hours of work

  • Your break and meal times

  • Your core role and duties

What changes:

  • Your employer will be Red Badge Group – a 100% Kiwi-owned company committed to your success and wellbeing.
