Is there an option where Code 9 takes care of all the paperwork?
Sure is, in the South Island there is a very popular model as an alternative to a bureau. It’s known as a connection agency, where we as your monitoring provider handle the majority of the admin including invoicing and debt chasing. This model is perfect for smaller integrators who don’t have an admin person yet. We are happy to work within either model, whichever you’d prefer.

Will I speak with a real person or AI/bots?

How many sales reps do you have nationwide?
