Red Badge Group have worked hard to build an experienced team with a great culture. How we communicate with that team, and the systems that we use to support them, is key to our continued success. In 2018, Red Badge Group went to market for a total solution to support our management of our highly variable workforce.
EmpLive is the solution we found and haven’t looked back since. It is a complete, cloud-based workforce management software suite designed to simplify and automate our rostering, time and attendance, and communication with our frontline team. Implementing the Emplive system has given our operations team more time to focus on what is really important, our people. Partnering with WFS, we have worked together to develop a fit for purpose solution enabling an emphasis on each employee’s experience including accessibility key information, assurance of payments and visibility of rosters.
We have seen improvements in employee satisfaction and retention, cost savings, and growth in our customer base through having technology and processes that provide our customers with assurance.
